How it works

  1. Open the MP4 you want to inspect.
  2. Check its embedded subtitle tracks.
  3. Export supported text cues as SRT or VTT.

Key features

  • Embedded subtitle track detection.
  • No video upload or server processing.
  • Local audio transcription when a track is unavailable.

Supported formats

Private by design

Your files stay on your device. Media is processed locally and is not uploaded to our server. Whisper runs in your browser; model downloads come from model hosting or a CDN.
